Navarro and Canet have high expectations for the upcoming season; the former is one of the title favourites, the latter a debutant in the class after challenging for the FIM CEV Repsol World Junior title last season.<\/p>\n<p>Jorge Navarro had a great 2015, in which he finished the year with podiums in 4 of the final 5 races. During preseason for the upcoming campaign, the Spaniard has maintained his line of work and ended the Jerez test second. His teammate, Aron Canet, recently got back onto a Moto3 bike after four months out with a broken tibia. Canet battled for the FIM CEV Repsol World Junior crown last season until the final race of the year.<\/p>\n<p>The event was attended by riders Jaume Masia, Jeremy Alcoba and Alonso Lopez, part of the Monlau Repsol Technical School representation in the FIM CEV Repsol series. <strong>Repsol has for years collaborated with this school<\/strong> of mechanics, engineers and riders in training young professionals for top competition. Involvement with grassroots sport is also made through the sponsorship of the FIM CEV Repsol, the proving ground for talents of the future such as Repsol Honda MotoGP riders Marc Marquez and Dani Pedrosa.<\/p>\n<p>Sponsored from the Monlau Repsol Technical School <strong>goes far beyond a traditional sponsorship<\/strong>. You know that if you do your job well and you work hard, you have a path marked out and a ladder to go up through the classes. It gives tranquility and confidence. We are now at the first step, Moto3, and if all goes well I will have the opportunity to go up to Moto2, which is also a great motivator. Last season we experienced good progression and ended up as Rookie of the Year. the goal for this year is to consolidate this progress and move forward, trying to be in the leading group and fighting for victory every Sunday.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Ar\u00f3n Canet<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><em>Being here today as part of this team is a pleasure for me. In my time in the FIM CEV Repsol I had already competed with this great family in the Junior Team, and the beauty of this structure is that, from the beginning, you see that you have the ability to move up in steps.
