Rather than a specific curve, it refers to an entire section of this Catalonian circuit. It begins at curve 5, downhill, on a curve to the left that opens up, taken in first gear. You get out by accelerating as much as possible, reaching about 350 km\/h, passing through curve 6, arriving at the chicane braking section of curves 7 and 8, uphill already, next to the farmhouse. It goes slightly uphill at first but, the path immediately tilts down and descends towards the longest straight section of the circuit. Here we can find this section, which stretches until reaching the fast curve. This entire section is what Dani is referring to. The curve itself is a rightward turn with an angle of over 90\u00ba, which must be taken at about 80 km\/h after sudden braking. It&#8217;s also a key place where world races and even titles have been decided. Mismanaging this curve and the next one can ruin all your possibilities at the finish line. It&#8217;s a long curve to the left, where the bike is constantly trying to drag you outward and where you can skid a lot.
