\"Marc<\/p>\n

1. Since Termas was included on the World Championship calendar in 2014, Marc M\u00e1rquez has earned the pole position each<\/strong> and every time he has competed on this circuit (2014, 2015, and 2016). This year he’s going to try to do it again!<\/p>\n

2. Marc M\u00e1rquez has won twice (2014 and 2016)<\/strong> at Termas de R\u00edo Hondo. If he manages to come off victorious in this edition (25 points) he will have earned 1274 points over his career. This new tally would put him ahead of Loris Capirossi by 4 points, as the Italian rider earned a total of 1270 career points.<\/p>\n

3. If Marc M\u00e1rquez manages to get on the podium of the Argentinian GP, he will reach 52 in the top class. In doing so, he would surpass \u00c0lex Crivill\u00e9 (51)\u00a0<\/strong>and \u00a0Kevin Schwantz (51),<\/strong>\u00a0and match the record held by Wayne Gardner (52)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

4. This GP will be Marc\u2019s 74th time participating in MotoGP, one more than Chris Vermeulen (73)<\/strong>and\u00a0Marco Lucchinelli (73)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

5. Marc M\u00e1rquez could secure his 66th career pole position<\/strong>. If he’s able to do it, he will become the rider with the most pole positions in history, tied with the Majorcan rider Jorge Lorenzo (66)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Dani Pedrosa<\/h3>\n

\"Dani<\/p>\n

1. The pilot from Castellar del Vall\u00e9s has reached the podium in Termas de R\u00edo Hondo twice (2014 and 2016)<\/strong>. If he manages to do it again this time, he will have achieved 145 podiums in all the categories. This will put him in a tie with Jorge Lorenzo (145) in third place for pilots with the most podiums in history.<\/p>\n

2. If Dani Pedrosa manages to win the pole position in the Argentinian GP, he will be number 29 in MotoGP. This would tie him with Kevin Schwantz for the number of pole positions in the top class.<\/p>\n

3. Dani Pedrosa is one of the rider with the most victories in the history of the World Championships. If he gets the win at Termas<\/strong>, it will be victory number 53<\/strong> of his sporting career, surpassing a legend of the likes of Phil Read (52)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Respecto al GP y trazado<\/h3>\n

1. The Argentinian GP was held for the first time in 1995 at the Buenos Aires circuit. In 1998 and 1999, it was held again at that same venue with unforgettable memories, such as the World Championship won by Emilio Alzamora<\/strong>. since 2014, it has been held at the Termas de R\u00edo Hondo circuit.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0Mike Doohan<\/strong> managed to conquer his first World Championship wearing the colours of the Repsol Honda Team in 1995, the same year the team was started. He also did it at the Argentinian GP\u2019s debut on the World Championship calendar.<\/p>\n

3. In the 1998 edition, the Repsol Honda team<\/strong> managed a spectacular double-victory. Doohan won the pole position and the victory. Okada came in second place and won fastest lap.<\/p>\n

4. In the first visit by Marc and Dani in 2014, they managed to repeat Doohan and Okada\u2019s feat<\/strong>, with a pole position and victory by Mark, and second place and fastest lap by Dani.<\/p>\n

5. Termas de R\u00edo Hondo is, along with the Ricardo Tormo Circuit of the Valencia GP, the third longest race on the calendar, with 120.2 km of track<\/strong>. Ahead of it are the Mugello velodrome of the Italian GP, with 120.6 km,<\/strong> and the Red Bull Ring at the Austrian GP, the longest race at 120.9 km<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
