Lo har\u00e1 <strong>del 7 al 10 de octubre en el nuevo Andaluc\u00eda Rally<\/strong> que vivir\u00e1 la esperada puesta de largo del Repsol Rally Team. \u201cMe muero de ganas por estrenar este proyecto tan ilusionante\u201d, confiesa el ilerdense.<\/p>\n<p>Tras anunciar la semana pasada que Isidre Esteve dispondr\u00e1 del 4&#215;4 m\u00e1s competitivo que jam\u00e1s ha pilotado para el pr\u00f3ximo Dakar, el de Oliana ha confirmado su participaci\u00f3n en el Andaluc\u00eda Rally, que sustituye al Rally de Marruecos en el calendario. Las pistas andaluzas vivir\u00e1n, por tanto, el esperado debut del Toyota Hilux Overdrive con los colores del Repsol Rally Team.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl estreno del Hilux V8 es un momento muy esperado por todo el equipo, pero que debemos afrontar con tranquilidad y conscientes de que necesitamos un proceso de adaptaci\u00f3n. Es un coche f\u00e1cil de pilotar, aunque requiere de cierto tiempo de rodaje para lograr extraerle su enorme potencial. Seguro que los ingenieros de Overdrive y los mec\u00e1nicos del Repsol Rally Team lo conseguir\u00e1n durante una prueba at\u00edpica pero de gran valor dentro de nuestro programa de preparaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El Toyota Hilux V8 es un prototipo con chasis tubular de excelentes prestaciones, con un <strong>motor V8 de gasolina de 350 CV<\/strong>. El modelo de Isidre Esteve cuenta con los mandos adaptados en el volante por Guidosimplex, para permitirle pilotar exclusivamente con las manos, a causa de su lesi\u00f3n medular. \u201cEl principal cambio es que ahora llevo un 4&#215;4 mucho m\u00e1s competitivo, aunque estoy convencido de que nos divertiremos. Ya tengo muchas ganas de experimentar kil\u00f3metros de carrera por primera vez con el coche que siempre hab\u00eda so\u00f1ado pilotar\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El Andaluc\u00eda Rally arrancar\u00e1 el mi\u00e9rcoles 7 y finalizar\u00e1 el s\u00e1bado 10. Los participantes deber\u00e1n completar un millar de kil\u00f3metros cronometrados en cuatro etapas, a celebrar por pistas de<strong> Jerez, Sevilla y M\u00e1laga<\/strong>. Su recorrido ser\u00e1 tipo Baja, es decir, muy diferente al Rally de Marruecos que nos iba mejor para preparar el Dakar. Nosotros correremos con especificaciones dakarianas, para aprovechar cada kil\u00f3metro, sin preocuparnos de los resultados. Trataremos de sacar el m\u00e1ximo provecho de este rally con el objetivo de llegar lo mejor preparados posible a la cita de Arabia Saud\u00ed\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Otro importante estreno, adem\u00e1s del veh\u00edculo, ser\u00e1 el del<strong> road-book electr\u00f3nico<\/strong> que ASO tambi\u00e9n incorporar\u00e1 en el pr\u00f3ximo Dakar. Ser\u00e1, por tanto, un entrenamiento de gran valor para el copiloto del Repsol Rally Team, <strong>Txema Villalobos<\/strong>. \u201cEs una buena oportunidad para que Txema vaya adapt\u00e1ndose al nuevo sistema, al tratarse de una prueba muy ratonera y complicada de navegaci\u00f3n.
